Buying a new home has multiple benefits – advantages that are felt from the moment you reserve a property and that last throughout your homeownership. At Deanfield Homes, we take buying new to an elevated level, ensuring your experience of owning one of our properties brings a lifetime of pleasure.

Below are some of the Deanfield differences:-

Help selling your existing home: Deanfield’s Assisted Sale service takes away the hassle of appointing and managing an estate agent. We step in and manage the sale of your property using a network of handpicked agents, leaving you free to reserve the home of your dreams. What’s more, Deanfield will pay your estate agency fees.

Shorten your property chain: buying a new home will complete your chain. This guarantees there is no one above you, therefore making the transaction much simpler to coordinate.

Maximum choice: buying off plan or early in the construction process gives buyers the pick of the plots and allows purchasers to influence the internal specification of their new home. Register your interest in our developments and enjoy the opportunity to choose your favourite property type, kitchen, tiles and floor coverings.

Enjoy a home, not a project: buying brand new gifts purchasers the chance to concentrate on living life, rather than worrying about niggling maintenance or DIY tasks. Each Deanfield property is impeccably finished and ready to move in to, with fully fitted kitchens, integrated appliances, beautiful bathrooms and low running costs.

A decade of peace-of-mind: there are no guarantees with older properties but when you buy new from Deanfield Homes, you’ll benefit from a 10-year NHBC warranty, an emergency NPA 24/7 call-out service and our very own two-year after-sales service, following completion.

Being part of a community: new homes are the perfect choice for buyers who are community minded. Every Deanfield Homes development is hand-selected and laid out to create a new, welcoming neighbourhood.

Modern homes, traditional details: although our new homes are packed with cutting-edge technology and modern fittings, we have perfected the art of including traditional details that bring a sense of comforting familiarity.

Improved eco credentials: buying new instantly improves energy efficiency. As well as modern methods of construction – with emphasis on sustainability and locally-sourced materials – every Deanfield home comes with a raft of eco saving measures. Expect thermostatically controlled central heating power by an A-rated boiler and monitored by a smart energy meter; energy and water-saving kitchen appliances; dual flush WCs; double glazed windows for optimum thermal insulation; low energy lighting and high levels of insulation – all included to reduce energy consumption and lower fuel bills.

Make your mark: new homes offer buyers a blank canvas – smooth, neutrally-painted walls ready for a splash of colour, cherished photographs or your favourite artwork. Move in and personalise your space without hesitation.

Secure by design: we want buyers to feel safe and secure in their new Deanfield home, so we always include a multi-point locking system to the front door, outside lights and dusk-to-dawn sensor lights serving the main entrance point.
