Current Developments in Planning
Deanfield Glade - Hook Norton, Oxfordshire
Following the acquisition of our latest site, in a prime location in the Oxfordshire village of Hook Norton, Deanfield Homes has submitted a detailed planning application for 42 high-quality and energy efficient properties.
The development will feature a range of private and affordable homes, from two-bedroom starter properties to four-bedroom family homes. The vision is for a vibrant and attractive community within a countryside setting for both future residents and the wider community to enjoy. The new homes have been designed to reflect the character of the local area and will combine traditional materials and finishes. A landscaped buffer will be planted, incorporating three metre saplings, softening the eastern boundary of the site.
With planning determination expected in July 2024, it is anticipated that construction will commence in October, with first completions in late summer 2025.
