About Deanfield Homes
Deanfield Homes is an experienced and trusted new build housebuilder
Operating across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, Deanfield Homes is an award-winning housebuilder, specialising in high-quality new homes in carefully selected locations.
Deanfield Homes was founded in July 2016, when we acquired our very first development of 26 homes in the picturesque village of Ducklington near Witney in Oxfordshire. Since those early days, we have firmly established a strong reputation for the beautiful design and fantastic specification of our new homes, our choice of site locations and the positive impact our developments have had on shaping local communities.
In recognition of these achievements, we have received multiple awards from publications such as the Evening Standard and Housebuilder Magazine.
We are passionate about build quality and customer service.
We are delighted to have been awarded a 5-star rating for customer satisfaction, following independently collected verified customer satisfaction surveys by the Home Builders Federation. Knowing that we are achieving the high standards of customer care we set ourselves means that we are succeeding in our aim to give more and not be "just another housebuilder".
In addition to this, and the wider benefits of buying a new home, we are able to offer our customers a range of new home buying schemes to make their experience of moving home as straightforward and hassle free as possible, including Let Us Assist and Home Exchange, where available.
Whilst we are proud to look back on our past developments and see them flourishing as they mature, we are always looking to evolve and improve the design of our premium new homes. This includes a continued focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and reducing the ecological impact of our developments.
As we move into the future, we remain focused on mitigating our effect on the environment, whilst continuing to provide our customers with outstanding care alongside premium homes in desirable locations they can be proud to call home.
Definitely Desirable, Definitely Deanfield
