What is the NHQC?

The NHQC is a framework designed to elevate new home quality and customer service. It defines our obligations to you from your initial enquiry through to the day you collect your keys, and far beyond.

It ensures you receive comprehensive, transparent information at every stage, allowing you to move forward with absolute confidence. Furthermore, should any aspect of your experience fall short of our standards, the NHQC grants you direct access to the New Homes Ombudsman Service, an independent, impartial body established to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
