Trainee Assistant Site Manager – Hook Norton
Deanfield Homes Ltd is delighted to offer an excellent career opportunity for a permanent, full-time Trainee Assistant Site Manager based at our Hook Norton development.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in housebuilding and site management. Working alongside experienced Site Managers, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of residential developments, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to the highest quality standards, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
This opportunity would particularly suit a school leaver or early-career candidate with some knowledge of construction or housebuilding who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and enjoys a hands-on working environment.
Key
responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management and coordination of
subcontractors and site activities
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality homes in line
with company standards
- Monitoring health and safety compliance across the site
- Assisting with quality inspections and defect
management
- Helping to ensure build programmes and project
deadlines are achieved
- Supporting customer care and handover processes
Key
requirements:
- A keen interest in residential construction and site
management
- Relevant construction qualifications or experience
within the housebuilding industry would be advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and
develop
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Highly motivated with a practical, hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to travel to the Hook Norton development and
reside within the surrounding area
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
