Selling your home and moving to a new property can be made a whole lot easier when you use LET US ASSIST by Deanfield Homes.*
If for any reason, your home does not meet the criteria for Home Exchange, not to worry. We can help you to reserve your chosen property with us for up to 6 weeks whilst your own home is marketed.
We will arrange for two local estate agents to value your property at a mutually convenient time, and we will agree the marketing price with you following the receipt of the market reports. Comparisons will be given to help guide you as to the current value, along with the agent recommended prices.
Your desired home at a Deanfield development will remain off the market whilst this process takes place for up to 6 weeks. If at the end of that time, you have not found a buyer, we will review the position, and we may be able to extend the timeframe or move to a later property in our build programme.
Once the LET US ASSIST service has secured a buyer for you, then a full reservation is required with a further reservation payment of £500, taking it to the full payment of £1,000. Our Sales Executive will then take you through the reservation process.
OH, AND DON’T FORGET – IF YOU LET US ASSIST – WE PAY YOUR AGENT’S FEES AND OFFER £1,000 TOWARDS YOUR LEGAL EXPENSES.
