Deanfield Homes acquires site in Tackley, Oxfordshire

Deanfield Homes has acquired its latest site in the Oxfordshire village of Tackley. The site, Deanfield Grove, is situated in the heart of the village and will feature twenty-six homes.

Peter Blades, Managing Director of Deanfield Homes comments, “The acquisition of this latest site is a significant milestone in the growth of Deanfield Homes. Deanfield Grove will comprise of one, two, three and four bedroom homes and will be ideal for first time buyers and families looking for a village location with good communication links. The homes will be designed to fit in with the local style of the village and internally it will feature a high specification finish. The show home is expected to launch in Autumn 2018”.

Tackley is situated in just eight miles north of Oxford and just three miles from the historic town of Woodstock. The village has a mainline railway station with regular trains to and from Banbury, Oxford and London.

The village, which is one mile from the Oxford Canal, has a mixture of old cottages, converted buildings and modern homes. There is a traditional village green with old oak tree which forms the heart of the village. There is a strong community spirit with a community run shop, primary school and public house.
