In a strong start to the year, Deanfield Homes has announced the acquisition of a prime new site in East Berkshire. The new development, which has detailed consent for 33 high quality properties, marks an important step in the housebuilder’s continued growth in the county.

The new development will comprise a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, thoughtfully designed in both two and two-and-a-half storey layouts. Construction is expected to commence in April 2025.
