Deanfield Homes is celebrating success at this years’ Evening Standard New Homes Awards. The Gillingham at Deanfield Green won the hotly contested ‘Best Family Home between £750k-£1.5m’ category whilst Deanfields in Stanton Harcourt was Highly Commended for Best Small Development.

The awards, now in their 32nd year, are judged by an independent panel of property experts and recognise and celebrate innovation and excellence in new homes. Judges were on the lookout for the very best in modern housebuilding, considering factors such as quality of design and finish, value for money, energy efficiency, innovation and architecture.

After months of deliberation from the panel of judges, the much-awaited results were announced in front of leading industry figures at a glittering awards lunch at the end of September.
