Regional housebuilder Deanfield Homes is expanding its presence into Berkshire with a collection of character properties in the village of Hermitage. Deanfield already has an impressive track record in sensitive development in rural locations with successful sites across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Deanfield Gardens will feature 16 traditionally-designed homes set amongst green open space, with 10 detached private homes and six properties allocated for affordable housing.
