Houses springing up at Deanfield Meadow
With Spring almost upon us, the homes at Deanfield Meadow in Ducklington, Oxon are starting to take shape with several plots nearing completion.
As part of the planning permission, Deanfield Homes will also be providing over £200,000 of work and financial contributions to the village as part of the section 106 agreement. This includes a new footpath which will link the village to the recreation ground.
Peter Blades, Managing Director of Deanfield Homes comments, “Despite the hard winter we have all experienced, we are delighted with progress we are making at Deanfield Meadow and it is extremely satisfying to see the development coming to life. As well as the creation of the new footpath, we will also be contributing towards education and other local community facilities.”
Deanfield Meadow will feature fourteen homes for private sale and twelve affordable homes. Each home will be built to compliment the style of existing local homes and will range from two-bedroom semi–detached homes, through to four-bedroom detached homes. Lined with trees along its northwest edge, the development has been planned so that each house has a sizeable garden as well as easy, straightforward access to Standlake Road.
The properties are ideal for first time buyers through to families and downsizers. Each home will be built to a high specification and feature integrated appliances as well as a garage or parking space. There is also a public open space within the development.
