Deanfield Meadow opens its doors on Saturday 30th June with over 40% of its homes already reserved off-plan
19th June 2018: On Saturday 30th June Deanfield Homes will be opening the doors of its much anticipated show home at Deanfield Meadow in Ducklington, Near Witney, Oxon.
So far, six of the fourteen homes have been reserved and these have been snapped up by first time buyers, families and those looking to downsize but still retain a high standard of living.
Deanfield Meadow features fourteen homes for private sale and twelve affordable homes. The homes range from two-bedroom semi–detached through to four-bedroom detached homes and are built to a high specification with integrated appliances and garage or parking space.
Lined with trees along its northwest edge, the development has been planned so that each house has a sizeable garden as well as easy, straightforward access to Standlake Road. The homes benefit from the best of both worlds, with a Cotswold village location but good commuter links to Oxford and beyond.
For those who have already registered interest in the development, they will be invited to a VIP preview between 10am and 11am for a tour of the show home. The development will then be open from 11am until 5pm for those wishing to visit. Help to Buy is also being offered on a number of plots.
Help to Buy enables you to buy a new home with just a 5% deposit, whether you are a first-time buyer or moving from your existing home. The Government will also lend up to 20% of the value of the new home via an equity loan. The Help to Buy equity loan can be repaid at any time or on the future sale of the home. The scheme is eligible on all properties up to £600,000 and is exclusively available on new build properties.
