John comments, “We really liked where we lived but with the children moved out, the upkeep of the house was starting to get too much, and we really didn’t need all the space. We had been looking for about two years at various areas in the Cotswolds; one of our daughters now has four year old twin boys and we spend two days a week looking after them which means a long journey back and forth to Banbury.

“After looking at a number of developments by larger housebuilders which we felt lacked character, we continued to drive around the area exploring and researching the best locations. “With natural delays due to Covid, we made the decision to go ahead with the sale of our existing home and moved into our son and then daughter’s homes before being able to move into Deanfield Grange.”

Bev continues, “It’s great to be finally in and the home is just perfect, living up to everything we had before in our old home. The quality of the build is extremely high, and we love the look and design. I just love new build homes and how they move on with their design and technology, along with everything being brand new. We couldn’t be happier.”
